I don't have such equipment with me but i can say, the dress is a sleeveless black dress and the skirt goes to mid-thigh. </p> <p>@Laura - Thank you! I was thinking the second pair looks dressier as well. Both pairs are very comfortable, especially since the heel isn't very high. I can probably dance in either pair for a long time. Low blocky heels are so comfy :)</p> <p>@Saretta - You do know your geography Singapore is in the tropics, it is currently 29C / 84F. However, we are diluged with a heavy rainstorm as well. Good thing the dress I have with me is light, as I had planned to wear that dress in the Sakhalin Oblast indoors, with a sweater over top of it. Here in Singapore, I can just wear the dress as is given the much warmer weather. Both pairs of boots are very comfortable. The plush lining for cushioning and block heel make dancing much easier then if I had my stiletto heels, so I guess I'll look on the bright side of things. With a co-worker ill, my work has taken me from the Sakhalin Oblast in the Sea of Okhotsk to Singapore within a matter of days. As I arrive in Singapore, I was invited to a Christmas theme party. Most of my luggage is scientific equipment for work. My clothing selection is limited. I do have one and only one dress with me, so naturally, I will be wearing that for the dance party. The dress is black. For holiday parties and dances, I usually prefer boots with a high heel but I only have these two pairs of shoes with me right now, which pair should I wear? </p>
