I agree with what the others are saying, I would contact both companies for a refund. Both are repairable, but the repair on he jacket will most likely&nbsp;always be noticeable, even if only slightly. A leather repair person should be able to fix it but you'll probably always see a repair line. This morning while I was zipping my right bootie I felt something funny and discovered that 2/3 of the zipper had come loose on one side. It wasn't that the stitching came undone--it was that the zipper frayed and pulled loose from the stitching.</p> <p>I can't find on zappos how to return for quality issues. The problem is that these booties don't seem to be available anywhere. I didn't search for hours, but I did look at a lot of places. (They are available marked down in a shade of red).</p> <p>I'm not sure they can be repaired unless the whole zipper is replaced. Which would mean replacing the other one too or it would look funny?</p> <p>Any thoughts? Ever had a bootie zipper replaced?</p> <p>I'm wearing them today to a big Christmas party for my new job.
