I never had the chance to try it other than testing it around the house for a few minutes. It did seem to help a bit. I am having the hardest time finding pumps that are comfortable -- and fit without my foot sliding forward. I had thought maybe a rubber grip inside the shoe would help. I wonder where she gets hers?</p> <p>Also to complicate the picture, back in early December I did something to my foot. I was getting down off a high stool, barely put any pressure on my foot, but something got damaged between my 3rd and 4th toe. And it still hurts. I wonder if that trick with the tape would help?
