I think they are better on someone with hips to hold them up, actually. I'm a 4 - 6 in Gap and wear a 28 in 7s last time I tried them on. I've been waiting for this one though...a sale on 7's jeans. Never owned a pair of premium denim before. I don't know about the sizing though. I'm a rectangle with pear/hourglass tendencies and usually wear an 8 in Gap denim and AE denim. What size would I need in 7's? I've heard that premium denim runs small so, I'm thinking a 30 would be a safer bet. </p>
