No hot coffee or tea in sight. &nbsp;I plan to decorate with lots of pink and white roses, maybe some white balloons too.</p> <p>Anyway, I love this dress! Is it too overwhelming for small fair haired people do you think? &nbsp;Would it be the case of the dress wearing the lady?
