She said they would price match if we found the same item for less at another store. I'd suggest using the live chat on the Nordstrom's website. I've used it for other things a few times and it's very quick and they were extremely helpful. I found a wool coat at Macys in Chicago and waited to buy it at my closest Macys so I wouldn't have to carry it around all day. It was not the same price at my store and they would not match the price in their Chicago store. Can you believe that? I was so shocked I spoke with the store mgr. who verified this, said diff. regions price different. I called Nordstroms, they verified the price over the phone and matched it. Amazing.
