They flare gently from the knee down. When laying flat, the bottom hem is probably 1.5 inches wider than the knee. They run straight from the hip to the knee. The flare feels extreme to me, but my eye is used to skinny jeans. </p> <p>I have another pair of bootcuts I need to hem because they are too long, should I try aim for a hem that looks like this or maybe a bit longer? I think these are almost two inches up from the floor. My booties may disguise their length. If so, that’s fine, I will keep and wear them with the booties. I have a few shorter but I also have higher heels. I didn't want flats today because I thought the hem might get soaked in a puddle since it was raining. </p> <p>Should I grab the seam ripper and release the hem?</p> <p> I have a TENS unit under the sweater.
