Love this look with your accessories. As others suggest, I would try cropped colored denim in white or cream as well as blue. Gilets (loose or structured) or Rachylou`s suggestion of a long coat would also work nicely. If there is hardware on your topper, you could wear metal jewelry—long necklace and/or earrings—to change it up.

I like Maggy London a lot. I have success with the line. I’d wear a long sweater coat with this dress...

I attend a lot of business functions and will generally wear a dress. My favourite toppers are short cropped jackets with 3/4 bracelet sleeves. I think these look more business like than a cardigan or wrap, especially if the men are wearing suits. White or navy would work beautifully with your dress, but black is always appropriate too.

In finds are my favourite dress toppers, which I always wear open, just to give you an idea of the sort of jacket that I am referring to. Cropped lengths works best for my dresses with waist definition. The other alternative is a coat or trench, but generally I would take these off once arriving at the function.

In terms of accessories, I tend to wear what I would wear to the office. I really like your shoes and earrings and would add a satchel or tote bag that co-ordinates. If the function involves networking drinks, cutch bags are a hassle, as it is hard to hold onto a drink, eat canapés without your hands free. Being able to pop the bag over your wrist or shoulder is very useful.

This is a very pretty dress, I hope you really enjoy the event.

Nice! I love the idea of turquoise earrings. Like Angie, I'm curious what your thinking for clutch/bag, if any.

Re: footwear, in a perfect world, maybe navy pumps? I feel like I've seen a lot of ankle-strap and t-strap pumps lately. Quick Google search, here's a Talbots pair: https://www.talbots.com/online.....lectedConc

But if you have fit challenges, the nude would certainly work too.

I could see either a navy or a white topper working well. Maybe even a big white or silvery scarf/wrap?

Very pretty dress. Great earrings. My bias would be a darker shoe but I prefer low contrast between my garments and shoes. But that's just me, you may be comfortable with more contrast. Great shoe however. Hard to say about the topper without knowing your body type.

Do you need a topper, since it has sleeves? Perhaps a pashmina/shawl in a coordinating or contrasting color? You can wear several colors of shoes with this dress. What about navy, cobalt or purple? It's hard to tell in the photo, but the nude shoes might work. Black is a safe fall back.

I like it- and I love the shoes and earrings. I think a navy topper could work well here, or a beige topper to match the shoes.
Definitely a denim jacket would work for casual.

Gosh, I think it's pretty and can stand on its own with those earrings and cool shoes. I could see a jean jacket over it, for a casual look. It will go with sandals in warmer weather--white, nude, any neutral; flat, heeled, platform. . . .

Just found this Maggy London dress. Dresses are not easy for me, but this usually dresses are not easy, but this one is very close to perfect. Just below knee, great neckline, shift style but on it gives the appearance of a little waist definition, nice long sleeves...so help me style it. I bought it for a code business attire function. The guys are required to wear coat and tie. In the past a lot of thee women wear dresses, or dressy pants and nice tops. Mostly no blazers, but that is mostly what I have worn in the past.

This dress is also very packable, another reason I got it.
So far I have these earrings. And shoes. I have had these shoes for quite a while uses to find them old lady or frumpy. Now since purging all my fall off my feet shoes, these are so perfect. Looking for similar in black, no luck.any ideas for footwear. Topper, etc. ? For the most part, this dress can go year round.
