I just thought it would help me visualize what looks good on me.</p> <p>I got the straight legs last year from Banana Republic, but they don't have any this season. The skinnies are from H&#38;M. I just got a longish kimono sleeve top for Christmas so I will try that out tomorrow with the skinnies and do another photo update Haha I feel so self absorbed! </p> <p>Believe me I love heels, but it will take about a year after my foot surgery to give them another try. There seems to be a strong consensus that I'm relieved to agree with...though I'm surprised about the generally positive reaction to the skinny jeans. I thought they made me look way too hippy (as in having big hips, not psychedelic). </p> <p>Pinkcobra: I have so many reasons I can't wear heels that it would take too long to list them all here. To summarize, I have some platform wedges that I can wear only if I won't be walking too much, but since I commute by foot, it's not usually an option.</p> <p>Nicole: I'm glad to hear you say that because I get self-conscious about that particular region. Some low jeans give me the dreaded muffin top. That must have taken you quite a bit of time to do!</p> <p>My favorite jeans were the straight legs. My least favorite jeans were the Wide leg. I thought the boot cut and the flares were very similar in cut and how they fit. The straight legs gave you an overall slim silhouette and lengthened your legs. I thought the wide legs were least flattering on your backside. I will say though, that they all looked good in your lower stomach area.
