The shoes are cute, but I adore the pointy toed pumps in the first pic, so I'd wear those (if you don't have boots - boots would be practical if it's cold). I guess it depends on the kind of job interview. For a law office, I'd go w/out the belt, for a fashion type job, I'd go with the belt.
