The color goes well together with the texture if you're looking for the light, "fluttery" effect. Second preference is lavender, third - ice blue (it's darker, so the "feather-y" effect will be diminished, but the skirt would still be gorgeous imo). I think if the colors are too white, it's not doing the ruffles justice. I'd vote for Ice Blue or Smoke.. a little darker so the ruffles stand out more. I think you just pair with a simple white or cream top. I'm 99% sure that the original skirt is the lavender and it's gorgeous. I think the smoke is probably the most versatile, but this is a statement skirt and I don't know that it really needs to be versatile. I'm kind of drawn to the blue, but stumped as to what color(s) to pair with it. </p> <p>So, after all that rambling - what do you girls think? </p>
