I keep coming across 29" inseams these days, which hits at my ankle bone and is a terribly unflattering length IMO. Basically, I want the long version of my French Connection crops. The Carlos Miele pants from fashion week are a good example of what I am looking for.</p> <p>Basic requirements:<br /> -full length. This means 31" inseam or more for me.<br /> -not polyester. I hate poly pants. Most other materials are fine. My FC pants are cotton/modal/silk and they are great.<br /> -woven, no or little stretch.<br /> -no elastic waist. (Or if there is elastic, it must be very subtle, i.e. not look like it). A paper bag waist like the FC pants is my first choice but I know it's hard to find.<br /> -not too low in the crop. A little dropped crotch is fine. I'm not looking for harem pants.<br /> -must actually be slouchy in the leg on me. I have big thighs. =P<br /> -dark color, preferably black, navy, dk grey. Not brown. </p> <p>So what do you think?
