They usually have hardwearing straight-leg pull-on pants. For technical fabric, you might look at <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.backcountry.com/prana-pillar-pant-womens">Prana</a>. They still do a classic, straight-leg yoga pant. Go up a size for a more relaxed look. I found the waist tailored/stretchy enough that I could get a looser fit in the leg without the waist sliding down -- perfect. By a funny coincidence, I actually found a pair of those Eddie Bauer lined pants at TJMaxx yesterday (popped in for gift wrap and ended up with those pants). They do have an elasticated waist though.
