I guess I'll try Target and Kohl's, and if I have no luck, I'll try Boden or Garnet Hill, and hope it's worth the splurge. The reason I don't want to spend too much is because I'm in the process of losing weight, and this dress will likely only be worn this year. Also, I don't NEED it as much as I need accessories and shoes to go with what I already have, so I don't want to overspend. Still frustrated/annoyed that the Lands End dress was too big; I think I will have them send me the small just in case.
