A good bet will be to get a boys vest - places in particular that sell school uniforms. Ralph Lauren always has great boys vests. Lastly, how abot looking for a "sleeveless sweater" or using Angie's great idea of using a shirt as a vest? She did that great sheer polka dot sleeveless top as a vest. I really like BRs tuxedo tank and it looks as if you could shorten it if needed.
