Michelle, what about Clarks? They have some bootie selection which can work with skirts for you and they usually comfortable. We should have some selection of those in Canada, at least for your size...

The fourth and fifth styles on Maya's list of links are also good options, but higher around the ankles (slim though).

Are there any other comfort brands that you know will fit, or wide widths? Naturalizer doesn't have a good selection of booties for skirts that won't cut your legs off at an awkward place. They all look more like pants booties or something to wear over leggings in the same color or on someone tall and slim.

Thank you so much ladies! Food for thought, if nothing elsse.
Debbie, anything in the 1.5 to 2.5-inch range would be fine.

Michelle---

The Mitzy that pops up is actually a silver ballet flat with a 1/2 inch or so heel and an almond toe, with ruching on the toe box.

For "booty" the site only has one style with a lower vamp. It is the Naya Ana-- however it also has a peep toe. There are some other styles that might look alright with skirts and dresses, depending on how it cuts the leg line. The Cavalier is a higher lace up booty, but very femine. The Diedra and Naya Breeze also come higher on the ankle, but have a "dressy vibe". The Diedra has a more pointed toe and a cuban heel, with a slim fitting ankle with a small buckle. The Naya has a bit of a retro vibe and has a round toe.

I also typed in "bootys" and found styles that weren't listed under your original search terms. For your purposes, the Brash style looks promising. It is similar to the Diedra, but with a lower vamp. There are also several bootie/shootie styles that have more of a heeled oxford look including the Carnivale and the Naya Jasper.

Michelle how high of a heel do you want? That will probably be a determining factor.

Apologies in advance for the fact that I'm not really including any links to speak of. For some reason firefox won't let me copy things from the address bar today. Most annoying. If someone is willing to brave this inconvenience and enter a couple of very specific search terms on one website, I'd be super grateful.

Two of the main things I want to cross off my Autumn Must-Have list are items of footwear, i.e. pewter loafers and a black booty that will work with skirts and dresses (I believe low vamps are still required for that look)?
I've been browsing around the Canadian Naturalizer site, since I often have success with their styles fitting my stupidly wide feet.
http://www.naturalizer.ca

Could someone please look up the Mitzy style by typing it into the search box? Are these in fact loafers, and if so are they decent looking? If not, no worries.

The second favour is a tad more involved, but hopefully not too much. In the same search box, typing in the word "booty" produces 21 results. Could someone just scan these to tell me which, if any, styles would work with dresses?

Thank you so much!
