With a strong prescription I would definitely go smaller. People who don't have a strong prescription might not understand. I did until I had Lasik, and was miserable picking out glasses. The lighter the better. Given you have a strong prescription, have you tried the two tone Tiffany frames? I have these and find the light blue colour on the inside softens the look of the frame and also camouflages the thickness of the lenses. I'm looking for something bigger than my current frames. But I also can't go too big because my prescription is so strong that glasses get heavy when they're too big. And they also look ever more Coke bottle-y -- and do more of that thing where you see the borders of my face through the lenses (look at the pic of my current pair) -- the wider and bigger they get.&nbsp;</p> <p>I've narrowed my choices down to two. Pics 1-3 (amethyst/turquoise) are of Glasses #1. Pics 4-7 (dark tortoise/orange) are of Glasses #2. Pic 8 is my current pair.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm leaning in favor of one of them already but am open and eager to hear your thoughts as well. For Glasses #2 (which is bigger than Glasses #1), is the orange on the arms too warm for my complexion? I'm a Deep Winter who can also wear Deep Autumn colors -- so I can and do wear both cool and some warm colors. And yes, the color of Glasses #1 is almost identical to my current pair.</p> <p>Or should I keep looking?&nbsp;</p> <p>Thank you! </p>
