With the exception of the flared heel, they look like a million other pairs of similar boots. But I kind of love the first pair. The different sized grommets are fab, and they will add edge to any outfit. It is kind of hard to compare them or choose, simply because they are so different that they wouldn't fill the same wardrobe hole for me at all.
