I like them for my big shoulders - as well as non-shoulder padded jackets for more structure than knit. I have a really nice BCBG one from a couple of years ago from Nordie's. I don't have a lot of prerequisites, although I tend to like things with a few interesting details, and it must be a dark neutral. It can even be a casual light jacket with a collar. It will probably need to be in a petite size, and fitted. I seriously looked everywhere last weekend, at lots of nice stores and good labels. I tried on all kinds of blazers. EVERYTHING has shoulder pads that make my already strong shoulder line look all out of proportion. Is that just the deal this year? Big shoulder pads? Does anyone have any suggestions? </p> <p>Also, sorry I haven't been around for a while. I was slammed this past month, but I pop in from time to time and offer comments from up here in the peanut gallery. </p>
