It helps to know that, in general, the long sleeved top looks ok over the dress. As I mentioned, the blouse will be a better weight topper than a jacket or cardi. Since both the top &amp; dress are the exact same print, it may look a little strange if the prints are misaligned at the hem. </p> <p>If they are misaligned &amp; you'd prefer to do something about it, you could try belting the top to hide the break in pattern at the hem. A wider belt would work better (possibly in white or tan, so you don't have TOO many colours going on), but you may have to blouse the top out a little if you want to wear the belt at your waist instead of hip level). </p> <p>Have you also thought about wearing the top UNDER the dress? There might be too much material here for it to work, but it's worth a shot In that same vein, the denim worn under the dress might look interesting too (in a deliberate, non matchy-matchy way). </p> <p>As for the denim OVER the dress - I like the way there's just a sliver of print showing underneath, creating a vertical column. There is a lot of material going on though, so I like how you've scrunched your sleeves up to show more skin. It's difficult to see in the photos, but are your trousers hems rolled up too? If not, it might be worth experimenting with the length of your bottoms to balance the look out with more skin, too. I don't know if wide waist belting will work over the top of both the dress &amp; the denim too, but it could help create more of a curvy shape if that's what you're going for.
