The BFs pictured here seem to be more fitted in the rear end. Maybe that is why you are trying the larger sizes, to try to compensate for the more fitted cut? I also feel like the jeans are a little too big around the ankles and would look better slightly tapered. I like my BFs to be baggier so I would suggest trying the next size up -- but just how baggy you are comfortable going is very personal, and I know you have to factor in the stretch-out piece too, especially with Kuts. Since you have the next size up I would try them just for fun. Make sure to belt them -- that's part of what makes the larger BFs work, belt them low so they stay on. (That said, I think the larger size you have pictured here would work just fine.
