				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hey, I have the very same issue... I clicked &#034;RETURN&#034; and the message said, &#034;&#060;br /&#062;
print out the return informaiton with the e-mail, and put it in the box when you ship&#034;.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have still not recieved this &#034;RETURN&#034; e-mail.&#060;br /&#062;
I've e-mailed &#034;CUSTOMER SERVICE&#034; 3 times yet no answer. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Kappy... what did you do? Send your item back with a note explaining the situation?&#060;br /&#062;
Did you finally recieve the E-mail retrun invioce?&#060;br /&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I think you do everything yourself.  Depending on what shape the item you are returning is,  you can use flat-rate boxes from usps.  I often find this the cheapest option.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I think you have to pay for the return shipping yourself, as far as I know.  There is no prepaid option.  (Which in my opinion is ANNOYING - companies get much better shipping rates than individuals so I always have to pay more when I pay out of pocket than for a prepaid label.  This is why I try not to shop at 6pm too much, to be honest.)

				<description>&#060;p&#062;OK, I've never had a 6pm.com return before.  Do you have to print your own shipping label??  I know you have to pay for return shipping, but I don't see an &#034;automatic&#034; label after I did the return on my account.  Am I missing something?  I sent an email to customer service, but I'm not sure how long it will take them to get back to me.
