Depending on what shape the item you are returning is, you can use flat-rate boxes from usps. There is no prepaid option. (Which in my opinion is ANNOYING - companies get much better shipping rates than individuals so I always have to pay more when I pay out of pocket than for a prepaid label. Do you have to print your own shipping label?? I know you have to pay for return shipping, but I don't see an "automatic" label after I did the return on my account. Am I missing something? I sent an email to customer service, but I'm not sure how long it will take them to get back to me. </p>
