The grey boots would be my second choice. I think I would prefer the ankle boots if they were black. Grey makes the dress look more casual and daytime-ish to my eye. My second choice is the OTK boots--I love them with this dress. You could go either way. <br />The tall boots are okay, but even the narrower ones seem a little big at the top for wearing with the flared-hem dress. This is nitpicky but can you maybe swap out the necklace for a scarf that has the same color as the boots? Just to do some color bookending.
