Was hoping to take advantage of NAS to fill this need, and these came recommended on a few blogs. (Not this one, I know, probably my biggest mistake...)&nbsp; I sized up a half size to fit in cushioning under the ball of the foot. I like them so far walking inside the house.&nbsp; Love how the heal spreads out the impact, and the elastic straps don't bother my feet. They are a bit long though.
