I like to think of myself as up to date on denim, but can you believe I've never heard of this brand? I liked the "about" page of their website but don't agree that really fitted ankles are a bad/unflattering design choice. I find that fuller ankles for skinny or straight leg jeans, because they bunch on me, shorten my legs. The folds form between my ankle and calf and create a visual break that is not leg lengthening.

Their slim bootcut design looks nice though. Assuming the legs fall properly over your shoes avoiding the leg shortening bunching and folds.

I still love 7FAM jeans, they come in all sorts of styles. I buy mine from the dedicated 7FAM stores due to the personnel expertise. I also recently have acquired some Paige jeans and Rag and Bone denim. Very happy with fit and comfort.

I have some older True Religion jeans that I wear for work (my work is the opposite of yours, I dress to get dirty). Still very pleased with their fit. I cannot say the same about J Brand nor Current Elliot nor Earnest Sewn. Not every brand works for every body.

Ah, J. Brand are so well-liked, but they really squish my backside!

Hm, I've tried to pin down one of their retailers with the petite cut, but I can only find the regular cut so far. The search continues.

You're going to have to try them on for size. I did on a trip to the US almost 2 years ago.

Rae, they are based out of LA, so you should be able to try them for fit.

Rae, do you have a link? I'd like to see them? I did a search and couldn't find anything. My skinny jeans are J. Brand and I really like them. I'd love to see what you and Julie are talking about, especially since Julie said they look goooooooooooooooooood!!

Ooh, yay, I thought it was a long shot that anyone would have the petites! How is the sizing? From what I remember and from the size chart, I was thinking of going with a 26, even though most of my current jeans (Hudson, Lucky, Guess, J. Crew) are 26-27.

I remember someone suggesting this brand for me a while ago, and I thought of them again when I started thinking of some dressier jeans for work. They are pretty expensive for me, though. I tried on a pair a loooong while ago, and the rise was far too high, but now I see they have a petite cut that has an adjusted rise, so I'm tempted to try again. They have been all over the magazines and TV, Oprah, Dr. Oz... but of course the best advice comes from YLF - is there any?
