(I wear a pedometer so I know.)  Just have to keep to the budget as well as the one in, one out, and it's all good right?  Anyway, 'nuff about me -- glad to hear your health is on the mend. I have heard so many friends say they have low Vitamin D levels and that supplements/food changes have been helpful. It's almost epidemic.
