That post helped me to get rid of one beloved skirt which I honestly hadn't worn for maybe 5 years. I tried it on and it was uncomfortably tight! I don't really reach for skirts. Shoes are my thing. I have been reading lots of archives on the site and many of your posts in the forum ! Pleased to see there are at least 2 other Kiwis here and quite a few Aussies, so at least there will always be some people in my same season! I am a 55 year old married professional and mother of 3 adult children, 2 young women 25 and 23, and a young man of 20. Only our son lives at home now but our daughters visit. Still working hard but have a bit more time to think about fashion than I used to, and to help deal with my changed shape in about the past 9-10 years. I used to be very slim, no longer for the past years, pear tending towards apple now. I have learned a lot from you all, thank you. Not sure how much I will post and my computer is too slow to upload a different profile pic. I might try another day. Enjoying an early evening with husband working late and son gone out!
