Deb, wow that sounds like B-U-S-Y (yeah, this is how I speak these days, ::smh::). I hope it is good-busy though? My first thought was 'secondary, already?' but then given the 'bundle' here is well over half my own size, I know all too well now how fast they grow up (too fast!). Astrid, despite struggles with shape and budget, I am somewhat headed in the same direction! Ethical becomes priority all over again, somehow, with a small human peering inquisitively over one's shoulder. Damn! JJ, much love back! Diane, wow, indeed. I have perimenopause throwing me for a loop these recent months, so hear ya, sister! So glad the sewing is going well. Angie, yes, I saw SAM already! He is adorbs. Totes adorbs, as MsMary would say. Alasse, likewise, lady!  Una, OMG, heartmelt! How do you leave the house? They are so cute. And congratulations on the iron-maiden streak! :-D Ramya, haha, yeah, I had an inkling about A ;-) Rabbit, hola yourself, how's life treating you? Adelfa, no, I did not know! He is yummy. Those cheeks! nomnomnom Rachy, curiously, I have started reverting to studenthood too, in terms of no sleep. I am, though, eating rather more than any sane human should. My tot feels everyone should be a baker, all-the-time. So yay! My life has been busy in ways I had not envisaged, because more than baby, it was work that drove me nuts for a while and I got deep into mommy/parenting groups because, gosh, I know even less about bringing up a baby than fashion even. We have moved houses four times in three years and I have now stopped unpacking. Just... stopped. The cartons can sit. I give in. And we are working on a new home. I finally wrenched myself off a job that was lovely to do but refused to pay (which can also hamper fashion interests apparently), and am now getting paid more regularly but ending up working ridiculous hours (think 16-hour days, and then add 3 hours of stretch because toddler and WFH...). I missed reading your insights. I'm also not posting quite that often now. I found that my priorities shifted quite a bit when it comes to fashion. I now try to shop less and shop ethically sound brands as much as possible, as budget allows. I rewear my favourite outfits a lot and don't do a lot of experimentation. And I realized my style is more important to me than following trends, I'm a lot less tempted by things. Oh and one big change of course was me cutting my hair off! Love the pixie. Though obviously still dipping into the blog, I have been off the forum for an age. No time is the biggest bit. Though a little bit of a struggle with body gone funny as well (I am still struggling with the idea of not just being decidedly apple-shaped forever but also just differently aligned all over). Fashion has not been much of a priority these last couple of years. But I miss you guys so much! So, how has everyone been? Catch me up, veterans, if you have the time! (And please don't hate me if I keep falling off the cliff again and again.)
