A great place to start is to use Angie's ensembles as inspiration - think about buying outfits rather than just buying individual pieces. We have a term for nice items that just don't seem to work with other things in your wardrobe - orphans - and the buying of items to work in outfits really has helped me to make sure that orphans are a thing of the past. Posting "what I wore" pictures can be daunting - but you will get the best feedback.  Congratulations on the new job!
