I'd like to find a D width shoe with a 1.5" to 2" heel. Can't go higher due to foot problems, and can't even wear 2" heels on a regular basis.

Brin - Thanks! Those boots can be found at Zappos in the States or in Europe at Stil für Ihre.

These were in Finds under pumps. I didn't look in other footwear sections. I need lower than 2"... Old lady shoes.

I also agree with you, a 2 to 2½ inch heel height is the best balance between comfort and looks.

This style of shoe with a block heel is one that I am finding really useful for my spring wardrobe. They are comfortable and the heel height is walkable.

I found these and several others when I was looking today. I like 2 1/2 " block heels too. https://www.shopbop.com/bea-sa.....919&c These are a bit expensive but there are lots of other options (see "you might also like") at Shopbop which means that we should be seeing them elsewhere too.

Where are the 2 to 2 1/2 inch high block heels? I am finding that, to me, the lower block heels look a little old lady frumpy. Anything higher and I only want them in dress up shoes. For wear with anything from jeans to dress trousers, to any length skirts or dresses, etc. the 2 to 2 1/2 inch heels are a perfect height. They are mostly comfy and fine for a fair amount of walking. But if one is searching for pumps or sandals they are not easy to find.. Most of what I find in that height are wedges or tapered heels.
