My tops are both size large and according to the labels they are for a 37 - 41 inch bust. I not only have a reasonable cup size, but I have a really wide rib cage to accommodate, so tend to size up in tops.

I think that you would be fine in a medium, but would go by your bust size.

Well I'm a US size 6, sometimes 8 and UK size 10/12 and I ordered the M, I think the M will be good for you, it's fitted but not too tight, I think the large will be too large.
I'm very happy with the items, they need no iron and they are very soft.

I got thoroughly confused by the whole UK/ US/ Dual size conversions so I will share my measurements instead. I'm a 36" bust and 29" waist and a small fit quite comfortably. I remember London Kiwi saying she sized up to accommodate her bust. I know Medusa ordered items as well and left a review on the original thread

Julie, Rute, or anyone else who has ordered Heattech items...I'm thinking about ordering a couple of tops and would love suggestions about sizing. I'm a U.S. size 8 or 10 on top depending on how things run. I'm large busted. I generally wear a medium unless items run small. Since these are made to fit close, would I be better off sizing up to a large? I don't want the fit to be super tight. I like a little wiggle room.
