I'm less inclined to use it on myself as muted and pastel colors don't look good near my face. I find as long as the top layer has a low neckline and I pair it with a large scale necklace, I can get away with a higher neckline. The scoop neck is 3/4 sleeve, but as I'm petite fits me perfectly.
