I am glad that dressing might not be as stressy as you thought. </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/heat-wave-1#post-959311 Tue, 18 Jun 2013 21:36:45 +0000 catgirl 959311@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>We are having a massive heat wave here! &nbsp;We went camping at Denali National Park for five days, and it hit 93 degrees! &nbsp;Needless to say the views were spectacular and if anyone is interested I will post some pix of bears, sheep, moose, and the mountain. &nbsp;</p> <p>In the meantime, I am scrambling for clothes to wear each day. &nbsp;My hot-weather vacation clothes are not work-appropriate. &nbsp;I wore Ceit's cloud dress today with cage sandals and got three compliments. &nbsp;</p> <p>New job starts on Monday. &nbsp;Had an orientation meeting yesterday and saw that the dress code is more casual than I thought. &nbsp;Women in t-shirt-like blouses and cotton skirts, men in shirts and ties. &nbsp;None of the women were wearing suits or even blazers, and everyone had on open-toed sandals. &nbsp;I'm still going to err on the side of formal to start, but looks like I won't have to panic after all. &nbsp;And have found some AGLs on ebay to try at a reasonable price.</p> <p>I LOVE feeling hot - it says SUMMER to me! </p>
