				<description>&#060;p&#062;Today my DH noted that I look more lively and active. &#038;nbsp;After a few somewhat painful yoga sessions--very moderate--I notice I am more limber and moving easier. &#038;nbsp;I hadn't noticed just how stiff I had become. &#038;nbsp;The challenge now is not to overdo.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am so impressed with you Marit. &#038;nbsp;I tried a plank last night--managed 15 second--and now I regret it. &#038;nbsp;A bit too much for my injured abs.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm not sure why I'm not losing weight--normally it's easy for me to drop weight I recently gained while traveling. &#038;nbsp;I think I need a tune up on my food diary--maybe I am underestimating quantities. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;It's good to account for myself each week.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Marit I have been running with my 10 year old too. Last 5km fun run we did she beat me by 2 minutes!&#060;br /&#062;
My goal has been to get back into a good routine now I am working ft. I has put on weight 2 kg over the top of my personal range. I have joined the gym at my work, been more disciplined about eating and am working out how to incorporate exercise into my commute.  Going well!

&#060;p&#062;So this week I will plan my food day before I go to bed. I don't think I can handle planning ahead&#038;nbsp;more than that.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;It was a pretty good week for me. I've been doing a planks challenge every night and I held a 3-minute forearm plank last night and the night before! =) I also went running twice with my oldest, who is turning 10 this week. My husband, my two oldest, and I are doing a Color Run 5k in a few weeks and I think the oldest and I are actually going to try to score a decent time, even though the event is untimed. I am a slow runner so my expectations are not that high... I will be happy if I run all 5k without stopping to walk! I think we can pull it off. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week I am continuing my planks challenge and hoping to get a couple more runs and at least one toning workout done. It's shark week so I'm hoping to stick to my diet and not go all hormonal off the rails. =)

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Sounds like a good week Kristin. &#038;nbsp;I had a hit or miss. &#038;nbsp;Stayed home on my days off, so no beer at the beach with friends. &#038;nbsp;That was good. &#038;nbsp;But once I got back to my crazy busy shifts, I was grabbing food at work, which is not so good. &#038;nbsp;Was down a pound or twp on my days off, and right back up once I got working. &#038;nbsp;Sigh. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I did get some weights lifted on our home gym and an interval run, at least! &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;This week I'm just hoping to get in another run and avoid beer :D&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Congratulations for getting through the conference without having a dietary disaster!!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had a tough week and gave myself permission to eat some junky stuff to help get through it.&#038;nbsp; Maybe not the best coping mechanism, but it kinda worked and I am committed to cleaning up my act in the week ahead.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I did do okay with exercise, although not quite as well as usual:&#038;nbsp; Three boot camps, one tap class, and only one session with Trainer Dave due to my schedule being a little messed up.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Plans for the week ahead:&#038;nbsp; Three boot camps, two trainer sessions.&#038;nbsp; (No tap because our teacher is on vacation.)&#038;nbsp; Eat better.&#038;nbsp;  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>

My goal is to get 3 Wii workouts and 3 strength training and yoga workouts in.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
