				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have decided to start a detox for the month of September.&#060;br /&#062;
I realized that the summer I gained a little more weight than I had expected so&#060;br /&#062;
I found a cleanse to try out.&#038;nbsp; I am&#060;br /&#062;

It is a 21 day cleanse that doesn’t involve me starving myself or being&#060;br /&#062;
on a liquid diet. I have high hopes for myself that with exercising daily even&#060;br /&#062;
if it’s just going for a 30 minute run and doing the cleanse I am hoping to&#060;br /&#062;
lose at least 8-10lbs this month.&#038;nbsp; Wish&#060;br /&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I weighed in at 119 the morning (Sun)&#038;nbsp;before I flew here to FL. &#038;nbsp;Left my scale behind and might be a week before I get one for here. &#038;nbsp;Going to try and maintain this first week. &#038;nbsp;There is scarce food in the fridge, didn't even have a coffee maker the first morning, let alone eggs or such. &#038;nbsp;So it's powerbars and frozen lunches type of thing right now.&#060;br /&#062;I am depending on my feet to get around at first, and hope to get a bike soon. &#038;nbsp;So although the walking is good for me, the heat is a deterrent so I don't go as much as I would if it were under 90. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Hope to get some stretching and maybe yoga done in the house. &#038;nbsp;A run or two if/when it dips below 80 in the mornings.

My birthday is Sunday, so will have a piece of cake. Starting back up homeschooling my youngest , so will fit in workouts when I can.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I think I am finally on track.&#038;nbsp; I weighed myself about 3 weeks ago and was a bit surprised by how much I had gained since the last weigh in a month or two earlier.&#038;nbsp; I made a real effort to eat less and dropped a few pounds.&#038;nbsp; Last weekend my SO got fitbits for us as he too is trying to drop a few pounds.&#038;nbsp; I have been doing very well.&#038;nbsp; I have logged over 10000 steps all but one day and was over 15000 on two or three days.&#038;nbsp; I have also been climbing at least 10 flights of stairs and hit 24 one day.&#038;nbsp; I decided to weigh in on Sunday and was down.&#038;nbsp; I have lost 6 pounds in the last three weeks. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Tomorrow morning we golf and then i will try to get in an afternoon or evening walk.&#038;nbsp; Yay.

&#060;p&#062;I got more walking in, but not as much as I had hoped. This week (and the last) were crazy between trying to finish some research and arranging to take time off for my stupid migraines. I'm still working on the details of the botox. My goals are to walk for 30 mins every day and do yoga daily. Hopefully now I'll have time.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
