&#060;p&#062;This week my healthy habits are circling around keeping stress levels low. I'm on &#034;light duty&#034; with the exercise, due to the plantar fasciitis. I'm feeling less pain with it, though, so my goal is to stick to the doc's instructions.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My other goal is going to be to keep eating healthy as I'm prepping to move. For me this means making sure I'm eating plenty of veggies, and always having healthy snacks around so I&#034;m not tempted to eat out. I'm an emotional eater, and a stress eater, so keeping that at bay is success enough for me.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I got below 120&#038;nbsp;&#060;i&#062;again,&#060;/i&#062; but this time&#038;nbsp;maintained it over the last several days. &#038;nbsp;That included 3 restaurant meals out (but I chose an entree salad instead of nachos for football today - minor victory). &#038;nbsp;Whew. &#038;nbsp;Ran 3 times and did a few select yoga poses and ab moves. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I also seem to mean to do the strength training&#038;nbsp;but don't. &#038;nbsp;I fiddled once with the resistance bands. &#038;nbsp;BF bought a 20 lb dumbbell today at Kmart for himself. &#038;nbsp;I should have followed suit. &#038;nbsp;All our weights are left in CA - no good way to fly with them lol. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;This week I want to run 2 or 3 times (ankle acting funny so I'll monitor) and keep diligent with the food. &#038;nbsp;That's my biggest trip up.&#038;nbsp;

&#060;p&#062;Mary, love the pic of you with your trainer.&#038;nbsp; You have matching outfits!!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had a fairly good week food wise and hit my target most days for walking.&#038;nbsp; I think I was a bit short of my weekly goal but got in 15000 steps and over 7 miles today.&#038;nbsp; I weighed yesterday and was down a pound so that is just under 10 lbs in total.&#038;nbsp; Yay.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I keep planning to start lifting again but never get to it.&#038;nbsp; Perhaps I will try again or I will wait until the time seems right.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;After reading about Sharon's journey, and her credit to Suz and Precision Nutrition for her weight loss (and subsequent life-saving), I looked it up, and have watched most of their five intro videos. &#038;nbsp;They've convinced me to work toward figuring out how to increase my exercise (I currently exercise 3 hours per week - they recommend working up to 5), and eating more veggies. &#038;nbsp;So my goal this week is to exercise at least 3.5 hours and to have veggies around the house for when I get the munchies, and to eat them rather than chocolate chips or ice cream.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I counted calories consistently last week for the first week in a few months (and after not liking my weight the previous Friday), and I'd gained 3.5 pounds. &#038;nbsp;(I didn't even know that was possible during the course of a normal week). &#038;nbsp;So I'm discouraged there, but encouraged to try moving toward a more balanced diet and a bit more exercise.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I made it through two major challenges. &#038;nbsp;Two weeks of house guest are finished and I managed to maintain despite eating out,&#038;nbsp;several shared desserts, and pizza last night as well as tonight. &#038;nbsp;Moderation seems to be key. &#038;nbsp;Haven't been able to keep track though.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Physical therapy was tough, but didn't completely kill me off the way earlier sessions did. &#038;nbsp;I am getting stronger and aching less. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This next week I am going to work on getting back to healthier eating and regaining my mental balance. &#038;nbsp;

&#060;p&#062;Last week I started eating gluten and dairy free for 5 days a week. This week, I hope to make it for 6 days. Must add exercise, and meditation is a great idea. It's for health reasons, so I really needed to start taking better care of myself.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm glad you've had a good week K and good look for this week. You and trainer Dave are looking good Mary. I'm glad you're picking up the pace.&#060;br /&#062;&#038;nbsp;I had a good week last week too. I walked every day and it's getting so that I really look forward to it. I ate pretty healthily too and my jeans also feel a teeny bit looser. I've already done a short workout today and I'm back to my daily walks tomorrow and I've already planned some healthy lunches. I've also noticed a good side effect of more exercise... how can I put this delicately.. ahem, my toilet routine is very regular now  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>  It wasn't before, so that's enough to put a spring in my step  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-biggrin icon-emoticon-biggrin "></span>

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Went back to the gym and lived to tell the tale!&#038;nbsp; Yay!&#038;nbsp; As you can see, I am SO HAPPY to be back with my beloved Trainer Dave!&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp; We are planning to do three times a week for a while, until we decide I'm ready for boot camp class again.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Food okay, weight steady.&#038;nbsp; I splurged this morning, too, by rewarding myself with a doughnut after teaching Sunday School!&#038;nbsp; ;)&#038;nbsp; But I'm planning on taking a longish walk later so hopefully it will all even out!&#060;/p&#062;
