				<description>&#060;p&#062;I am weirdly losing weight this week on a high refined carb low protein diet with no exercise!  Oh yes, that'd be the post stomach flu diet!  I am not totally sure I got it (unlike DH and the 3 DD.s who were vomiting etc) but I did feel queasy and have that sensitive stomach that you get in the aftermath. Only feeling like eating smallish portions of  rice, cereal, potatoes and a few vegies. I have managed an egg one day, a couple of tsps of tuna and yesterday some of a mince curry that I make mild for the kids and usually need to spice up with lemon pickle, I sat though a morning tea yesterday and didn't hanker for the brownies there.  I usually love spicy, interesting sauces and food so this is a change.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I doubt it will last long and is probably not very good for me! Might manage a run on the weekend

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Oh you're so lucky Mo! It's getting cold here.  I have to wait for it to warm up, was -11 in the am, and by lunch it was -3.  There's no wind though, so I'm fine after 5 min or so.  I find running in the cold weird though, it's almost like I'm numb and I don't feel it.  But I don't feel like I'm working out either.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Rae, that's so funny - just yesterday I saw the UPS man on my run in the neighborhood.  I didn't think too much about it because my Danskos were due to come today.  I got home to see I'd missed him - the delivery was a day early!  Argh.  They just now redelivered.&#060;br /&#062;
I probably shouldn't tell you, but it was too warm on my run.  Mid 70's.  (ducking and hiding now).

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Started today with a nice slow run.  I managed to come out of Thanksgiving weekend still below 120 - hooray!  No turkey dinner for me, but we had plenty of liquid calories at our street party.&#060;br /&#062;
This week will be 3 or more runs, and continue to work on regularly getting in my nightly strength moves.&#060;br /&#062;
Food is sort of catch as catch can.  We are moving in about 10 days, 2 weeks at the most, so trying not to buy more than we can use.  That means more frozen foods, canned soup, etc.  At least most of it is the healthier version, like Lean Cuisine's.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I am pleased to report that I actually went to boot camp class at the gym at 7:30 on Thanksgiving morning!  Yay, me!  They were closed on Friday but I did go back on Saturday for a total of 5 workouts last week.  I'll take it.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;We hosted Thanksgiving and had a few days of indulgence, but the leftovers have been eaten or tossed and I am back on track.  My weight is up a tad but I am hopeful it's mostly just bloat.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This is the last week before we go on our big trip, so I am determined to work out every day!  I think I will add an extra trainer session to send myself off on a high note!  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Monday:  Trainer, tap class&#060;br /&#062;
Tuesday:  Boot camp&#060;br /&#062;
Wednesday:  Trainer&#060;br /&#062;
Thursday:  Boot camp&#060;br /&#062;
Friday:  Trainer&#060;br /&#062;
Saturday:  Boot camp&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am also going to stick very closely to my lowfat vegan food plan so I can get as trim as possible to leave room for some fun with food on vacation!&#060;/p&#062;
