				<description>&#060;p&#062;Gone for a few days and come back to see a new Fitbitter and an under hour 10K! &#038;nbsp;Woohoo! &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;K, I once had sensitivity under the big toe when training for my half marathon. &#038;nbsp;The sesamoid bones. &#038;nbsp;I backed off and it healed itself eventually. &#038;nbsp;I think I got newer shoes, too.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My weekend was full of treats and not much exercise beyond some leisurely laps in the hotel pool and a 3 mile riverfront walk Sunday night. &#038;nbsp;The week was good for workouts, though. &#038;nbsp;Still just one swim workout but 2 of each of the others. &#038;nbsp;Oh, 3 bike rides actually. &#038;nbsp;And 2 gym sessions of lifting.&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I'm WAY up on the scale. &#038;nbsp;Like more than I've been in 10 years. &#038;nbsp;But some of it is just my body&#038;nbsp;adjusting to triathlon&#038;nbsp;training and the other is birthday madness of wine and food lol. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;This week I'm back to the routine. &#038;nbsp;Having a hard time with my sinus situation but still getting in those workouts. &#038;nbsp;45 min bike this afternoon&#038;nbsp;to kick things off.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have been eating very clean and very low sodium to keep the bloat at bay! I am hoping that will keep my weight stable, too. Trying to exercise every day despite plantar fasciitis...blech.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;In awe of all you runners....one item on my bucket list was to run a 5K this year in honor if a significant birthday, but I have so many annoying injuries I am not sure it will happen.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I am happy to say that I acheived a minor goal for myself in doing a 10km race in under an hour yesterday. (57:15 - waving at Mo!!) Have to find a new goal  now- I have  been working on that one for years!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Foodwise I kept off sugar til the weekend (as planned) but indulged somewhat with Mother's day etc so the weight is up a pound.  I cooked a very vegetable intensive meal last night (thanks to Diane G for the reminder about vegies&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Good week until today. &#038;nbsp;Kept accurate calorie count, exercised and lost another pound and a half. &#038;nbsp;I'm back to where I was last September! &#038;nbsp;And another week of no wine, although I did want some today, I admit.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;It is worthwhile to keep track of calories. &#038;nbsp;I know people have different methods, but when you actually see what that piece of chocolate or the cookie will cost, it helps a lot in budgeting in one or two goodies and then stop.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I need to back off on exercising a bit--knee is acting up. &#038;nbsp;Not sure which exercise is doing it, but I think I know.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;So next week I plan to keep on what I've been doing.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi everyone. How was last week for you?&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Mine was a little crazy. I worked my first graduation with my new position, but I think it went really well. DF also graduated, so I was busy getting him ready and entertaining his family who came up to see us. So I missed a couple of workouts.&#038;nbsp;And my eating wasn't as good as it could have been because everyone wanted to go out for lunch and dinner. But, if this is biggets problem I face, I'm doing pretty good.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week my goal is to get my 10,000 steps everyday. I finally bought a fitbit, so that's what I'm going to use to measure my steps and hold myself accountable. I also need to get back to eating right, but I think that one will be pretty easy.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;What are your goals for the week?
