				<description>&#060;p&#062;Completely and totally 100% busy week at work. I did manage to get to Pilates on Wed., (but not PIYO on Tues.). The Pilates class I attend has a kick butt instructor and she give us a great workout. The weather has been rainy but I did manage to get the dogs out for a walk. I had something every day after school so I did not manage any additional time at the gym or with the XBox :(&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm calling my massage therapist right now. I need a little relaxation therapy!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've been staying away from wine (4 weeks now) and have been juicing at least a couple times a week (instead of eating a full meal, it's like &#034;fast food&#034; for vegetarians). I think I've acquired a taste for unsweetened cranberry juice - or maybe just a sprinkle of Stevia in it&#038;nbsp;(at least it *looks* like red wine). I did a lot of squats and arm work in the garden one day for 2 hours. Did a long hike another day but otherwise I haven't had a lot of workouts this week. Can't say how much weight I've actually lost over the past 4 weeks but I'm guessing a few pounds total. I know my clothes are fitting looser, which is great coming on to the heat of summer.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I was in Boston this past weekend so I walked everywhere, splurged on one greasy spoon meal, walked some more.&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;I ate as healthy as I could.&#038;nbsp; &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Monday, I got a chance to take a HIIT class but no run since last Friday's 9 miler. Tuesday was a break (me being lazy). Today, I did a bad&#038;nbsp; 4 mile run but at least hung in there for 40 minutes.&#038;nbsp; The rest of the week: Run 5 miles tomorrow and&#038;nbsp;talk to my gym instructor about doing weight training. Friday, my weigh-in and run again on Saturday.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I hope I can keep up with this schedule.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I was out of town for the start of the week. &#038;nbsp;I did manage 2 runs on my trip but no weights. &#038;nbsp;We ate out a lot, but I didn't overdo it. &#038;nbsp;Ditto with the alcohol. &#038;nbsp;Happily, I only had one glass of wine&#038;nbsp;too many out on Saturday. &#038;nbsp;The rest of the time was moderate and I had a great time visiting with friends and family. &#038;nbsp;Unfortunately, it looks like I might have caught something out to lunch Monday with a friend who later had to call in sick to work! &#038;nbsp;Took an unwanted souvenier home with me. &#038;nbsp;Hopefully I'll kick it before it becomes a full blown cold. &#038;nbsp;I'd like to hit the gym today or tomorrow but not if I'm truly coming down with something. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Weighed as little as 118 and as much as 120.5 during the weekend lol. &#038;nbsp;My pants fit, so it's all good as far as I'm concerned!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Interesting - as someone who wanted to learn ballet as a child those barre workouts look very interesting.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;On my part, I was really pleased to do a PB for 5k yesterday at a race. This was despite my not actually running outdoors more than once in the last 6 weeks. My intense 5km intervalish runs on the treadmill at the work gym must be doing some good (plus a very flat course - that always helps!)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I discovered that I hadn't lost as much weight as I though - I'd been standing the wrong way on my scales!  Anyway, I am not much more than a pound off the bottom of my normal range and I am beginning to think my body really doesn't want to go lower than that, as it has only done so (in the last 10 years anyway) when I was either breastfeeding, or in the last few weeks before a running/swimming event when my mileage peaked.  And I seem to get hungrier when it gets lower. So I relaxed a little with the food this weekend.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Minnie, wow even Pilates on days off is super impressive, i go for cardio on days off. &#038;nbsp;I love my Fluidity bar and have set myself up for success by leaving it up in my den and I just can't help stopping by it and once I begin a workout I just keep going... now and then I will just do a shorten version,but there are times when I do a regular version in the morning but find myself doing a few more sets later on... It's almost addictive.... &#038;nbsp;We recently had a Barre place open in my city and I've often thought of going... but quite frankly I am too cheap...

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Tracey ,&#038;nbsp;Fluidity is a great program. I have their barre and dvds. However, I&#038;nbsp;am not disciplined enough to work out at home. It just doesn't happen. &#060;br /&#062;I have done Barre classes&#038;nbsp;for several years&#038;nbsp;and&#038;nbsp;after a particularly challenging class the day before, or after taking classes for several days in a row, I still get sore and tired. That's why I throw in Pilates every now and then.&#060;br /&#062;I have participated in sports since childhood and don't think that I'm still building muscle. Hopefully my exercise will help maintain my muscle mass, but I don't think that I can blame building muscle for my&#038;nbsp;slow weight loss.  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-sad icon-emoticon-sad "></span>

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I came down with a cold Sunday evening. &#038;nbsp;I did lose a pound during the week-- but mainly because I lost my appetite. &#038;nbsp;Towards the end of the week I managed a complete set of exercises by doing two or three of each per day. &#038;nbsp;I did take advantage on my better days--I did some cleaning out of the closet and bringing back the warm weather clothes.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm really close to fitting into my 2013 jeans and skirts again, so this week I want to consolidate my loss and keep going down. &#038;nbsp;I am not yet 100% but feeling stronger every day. &#038;nbsp;So my goal this week is to get healthy again so I can get back to full exercising and fit in those jeans sooner rather than later.&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;Good luck Minnie! 5 barre/pilates classes sound intense. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. I have to keep reminding myself that because the scales aren't budging much for me (I'm also near the top of my weight on my BMI), but I can tell that things are fitting differently.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

So after spending the weekend at a beachhouse in NC with friends I kept it going... I went out with a friend I usually meet with weekly and hadn't seen in 4 weeks! &#038;nbsp;Friday I had date night with DH and Saturday was bowling with my family... Heading out right now to a KidsaPalooza art event with my youngest and to a show of summer camps for ideas for him for Summer...&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I did exercize on my Fluidity Ballet Bar midweek and bowling three games worked my core for sure....&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Minnie, I admire your goal of 5 workouts a week on the Barre classes as my at home Fluidity version recommends every other day and I have to say my body appreciates that and couldn't take more than 3 a week...

So I lost less than&#038;nbsp;one pound. I also realized that my weight loss may not be rapid because I'm not overweight. I'm at the top of my range and want to get back to the bottom of my range.&#060;br /&#062;My goal for the coming week is to take five Barre / Pilates&#038;nbsp;classes&#038;nbsp;and stick to my diet.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;My week has been better. My sore rib that prevented me from doing much exercise is well and truly on the mend now and I did two short sessions last week of exercise bike and this morning I did a longer workout and found I could go for longer on the bike too. Also when eating last nights meal of supermarket bought breaded haddock I took off a lot of the outer coating (it's the naughty, but nice bit) and I ate loads more veg. I've also been drinking more water and green tea and my bloating has improved. My workload has increased, but I really want to keep up progress to give me the energy to get through it all. I actually feel pretty good after this mornings session and I'm quite liking that feeling  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>

&#060;p&#062;Mine went pretty well. I poked around a little bit and found a stairwell that does not set off alarms when you try to use it. I think it'll be good for days when I can't go for a&#038;nbsp;walk during my lunch hour.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My goals for this week are to keep up on doing what I've been doing. I didn't do as well cutting back on soft drinks, but if I can remember to bring my mug to work everyday, I should be able to avoid them.&#038;nbsp;I've had a couple of friends comment that my body shape is changing. While that wasn't the goal, it's nice to hear.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
