				<description>I have been struggling with workouts. &#038;nbsp;Weather, colds and sinus issues, you name it, gets in the way of a weekly run lately. &#038;nbsp;I am up 2 pounds from where I'd like to be. &#038;nbsp;I'm trying to change my mindset from the scale to inches around my waist instead. &#038;nbsp;In that regard, I'm half an inch from my goal. &#038;nbsp;Not so bad I suppose. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Heading to New Orleans in a few weeks, and that means lots of good food, so I'd like to get back down to goal before we go. &#038;nbsp;Guess I better get on the workout bandwagon asap.&#038;nbsp;</description>

				<description>I think my pants are fitting better. I think that since I've stopped drinking my calories (except for my crystal light with dinner), I've dropped about an inch. Of course, that's along with exercise.&#038;nbsp;My weight's maintaining, and I'm not going to freak out because muscle weighs more than fat.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;&#038;nbsp;I wish my Wii would stop telling me I need to lose weight though. It keeps telling me I need to lose about another 10&#038;nbsp;pounds so I can have a BMI of 22.  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-sad icon-emoticon-sad "></span> </description>

I've lost 2.2 lbs. since my last weigh in (quite a few&#038;nbsp;and I'm delighted. &#038;nbsp;I'm concentrating on losing the last hard-to-lose&#038;nbsp;10 lbs. and want to change up my routine a bit. I'm thinking about joining a cross-fit program but not sure where to start. &#038;nbsp;I've looked around and now&#038;nbsp;there are options out there, but I'll wait and see.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;Meanwhile, I know my weight loss was due to tracking everything I ate. 				<description>It sounds like there were many challenges last week from illness, to life turmoil to sleeplessness and hormonal imbalances.&#038;nbsp; Perhaps this is the week that all will go well.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;I ate too much at Easter dinner but am going to work harder at my diet again.&#038;nbsp; I am settling back in at work after being off for 2.5 months (vacation and surgery).&#038;nbsp; Today is a stat holiday for us so I am looking at taking in a hot yoga class at noon.&#038;nbsp; I was going to try a new barre class but it looks like the two offered today are both full.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;I need to pick a few classes and go weekly to get out and about and away from the fridge.&#038;nbsp; &#060;br /&#062;</description>

				<description>I only got to Boot Camp once last week. I have had a horrible time sleeping this past week - and it has affected every area of my life.&#038;nbsp; If I don't get my sleep, my day is just ruined.&#038;nbsp; When I was younger, I could get by without much sleep, but not. any. more.&#038;nbsp; Because I wasn't able to sleep, I couldn't work out - I just felt sick and weak and exhausted!&#038;nbsp; Very depressing!&#038;nbsp; I did eat OK though.&#038;nbsp; I'm headed to Boot Camp early in the morning - IF I sleep tonight!&#038;nbsp; (fingers crossed!)</description>

				<description>Laurinda I am glad you are feeling better!&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;MaryK - how tall are you? I can't remember. Hope you are feeling better.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;Last week was a washout for me.Last weekend was completely packed, and one of the things I had to go to was emotionally draining as well. I was also uptight with PMT. I decided I had to put rest and housework/washing ahead of exercise in the little time I had last week.I did some overeating and put on about 2 pounds, but now TOM has arrived and is nearly over (I often suffer from varicose veins for a day or to of it, another reason to put my feet up) I am down one of them and ready to start eating more reasonably again. I went out for a little 3.8 run yesterday, but as DD5 and DD7 wanted to come and DD5 can't really run for much more than a km, it was a bit more of a walk than a run, but nice to get out there. Exercise is a great mood lifter for me, and so good if I can get it without having to give up sleep. Loving my sleep ins over easter!&#060;br /&#062;</description>

				<description>Thank you for the well wishes! My cold has subsided, and I am getting back into my routine. Facial tissues with lotion were a big help for my sore nose -- as was a new type with a menthol scent, which I bought by accident but found very comforting.&#060;br /&#062;&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I have not had much weight change over the past 3 months but when I tried on my spring/summer pants they are suddenly a couple sizes too big. I know that slouchy is the trend, but after my hard work I am on Team Fitted, so will be visiting the local consignment store to buy and consign.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;I hope everyone is doing well!&#060;br /&#062;</description>
