				<description>Citygirl, congrats on running a half marathon! &#038;nbsp;How did it go? &#038;nbsp;Don't feel bad about taking a break, you deserve it! &#038;nbsp;Weight training is good though, and you don't need too much time to do it. &#038;nbsp;I would say start off with 2-3x per week, maybe 20-25 min just to get in the habit. &#038;nbsp;Once you're in the habit it will be much easier to keep up, and maybe extend it if you want to.&#038;nbsp;</description>

				<description>Hi all.&#038;nbsp; I'm hoping to get back on track with my exercise since I basically stopped after my half marathon a week ago.&#038;nbsp; I did go to class today and am planning on getting to the gym at least the next 4 days.&#038;nbsp; I've realized at my age it's not easy losing weight anymore and my body has succumbed to the dreaded softness so that means it's time to start up weight training.&#038;nbsp; Not sure where to start. Anyone have any suggestions&#038;nbsp;on how&#038;nbsp;to incorporate weight training and&#038;nbsp;cardio at least 5x a week?</description>

				<description>I need to fit more running in - I have only managed to do two per week so far. &#038;nbsp;I would like to sign up for a nice road race (I am doing 5K in two weeks but am thinking more along the lines of 10 miles or similar). &#038;nbsp;We have a scenic 8K coming up but it is in a park known for ticks and Lyme disease - not sure the scenery is worth it.</description>
