				<description>&#060;p&#062;Got in a run today, finally under 10 min/mi again with the waking breaks.  I have decided to use my waist in inches, rather than pounds on the scale, as my goal zone.  I am in danger zone, belly wise, ha ha so it's damage control time.  Just half an inch less and my jeans look and feel oh so much better  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I did well for 2 weeks, going to the gym 3-4x/week and eating healthy until last week. The combination of bad weather and a nasty cold and sore throat kept me home. To compound it all, DS was home from college last week on Spring Break and we were back to eating &#034;teenager food&#034; - Mac and Cheese, tacos, spaghetti and meatballs. Ugh! Back to the gym and healthy eating this week!&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm keeping up with the exercise and the healthy eating plan but have added a couple of healthy snacks to try and balance the weight loss.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;A couple of friends have signed up for this and I'm tempted but not insane. I think the forecast is for snow brrr but if the pestering continues I may cave in.&#060;br /&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Lol, Mrley I know exactly what you mean about the sugar.  I'm totally addicted and there is no moderation with me.  I have to just cut it :(&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Kristin glad to hear the migraine is gone.  They are the worst!  I'm sure a sinus infection didn't really help things, lol.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm feeling good running just 3 times per week now.  Recovery time is really helping my long runs.  I may go back to 4 but not this week well be away for the weekend.  I'm also happy we have some decent weather again, and I'm getting outside to run a bit.  The treadmill gets pretty boring, and is not too scenic.

&#060;p&#062;This week is going to be light exercising, so I'm going to keep going for 5 miles a day. I also need to shake this tired feeling I've had since the migraine started.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi Everyone!  This is the first time I've posted on the &#034;healthy habits&#034; thread - but, I just noticed it, and thought I'd start participating.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I currently work out at a local &#034;Boot Camp&#034; (which is a lot like CrossFit) 3 times a week - and I absolutely love it!  I also (just last week) started swimming one day/week.  The hardest part for me (in getting fit) is my diet.  I crave sugar allllllll of the time!  Today I caved and bought myself a box of Mild Duds - and ate the entire box.  It was the first time I had eaten any candy in 3 weeks - and I was hoping that it wouldn't taste that good to me - but it tasted great.  Bummer.   <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>
