				<description>&#060;p&#062;Did all the bike, swim, run workouts I needed, plus 2 bonus gym workouts ( weights and core).  This weekend we had fantastic weather, so I got the workouts done in the am, and worked in the garden about 3 hours each day.  I think I feel the garden work (hamstrings) more than the others!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I joined a gym last Thursday. &#038;nbsp;It is tiny, with trainers all around guiding you through your workout. I'm pretty excited about it. I've known for a while that I needed to add some intensity to my yoga and walk the dog routine. After two workouts there I can barely move, but I pushed myself this evening to do two brisk miles with the dog.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I love blueberries too, bought some today.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Does packing/unpacking/moving count as exercise?&#038;nbsp; I guess I'm giving my biceps a workout!&#038;nbsp; (Even though we had movers do the heavy stuff for us, there's still a million other things that need to get hauled around.)&#038;nbsp; &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Anyway, have not actually worked out in a couple of weeks due to being too busy with moving and stuff.&#038;nbsp; Also, have been eating out way too often.&#038;nbsp; But now that the kitchen is mostly unpacked, I've started cooking at home again, so that's a start.&#038;nbsp; And lots of yummy fresh veggies in the stores lately.&#038;nbsp;

&#060;p&#062;I have completed three weeks of the Jessica Smith Summer Challenge, and my waist and thighs have both slimmed down some according to the tape measure, and I feel like my posture has improved. &#038;nbsp;Not sure about the weight.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Nutrition has mostly been good, although I have a new guilty pleasure. &#038;nbsp;My Whole Foods has this really yummy, decadent, rich,&#038;nbsp;locally made pimento cheese. &#038;nbsp;I've been making sandwiches of this pimento cheese and peeled cucumber slices&#038;nbsp;on whole wheat toast. &#038;nbsp;This might not appeal to everyone, but all I can say is YUM!&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;I had a good week.&#038;nbsp; Three trainer workouts, three boot camps, and a tap class.&#038;nbsp; My weight seems to be creeping down a little (we're talking tenths of a pound), which is nice.&#038;nbsp; I don't think I ate any meat all week other than a few bits of chicken in my lo mein at P.F. Chang's, and that was because I looked up their nutritional information online and the vegetarian lo mein was MANY more calories than the chicken version -- go figure!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I plan to keep on doing what I'm doing in the coming week!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi everyone! How was your week?&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;It's harvest time here, so that's going to be my main form of exercising. I get the added bonus of muddy fields, which will add some strength training in there. Our soils down here have a lot of sticky clay, which can cause you to walk out a fields a few pounds heavier and a few inches taller. :)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm also going to put more practice into my mindfullness mediation this week. I've also got my follow-up appointment with my neurologist to see what can be done about the migraines. Fingers crossed we can do something!
