				<description>&#060;p&#062;Oy.&#038;nbsp; Don't even want to talk about it.&#038;nbsp; I had guests this week and we ate and drank our way through the entire Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area!&#038;nbsp; LOL&#038;nbsp; I did make it to the gym once, and I did my tap recital, and we walked a lot, but I'm afraid to get on the scale!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week I'm back to the usual routine -- two trainer sessions, three or more boot camp classes, and cleaning up the food!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;After my fall on holiday, I am finally well on my way back to normality. All I have now is back stiffness and weakness. Therefore all I'm doing to get back moving now is housework (and there's plenty of that) and walking. I am also cutting back on carbs and sugar and eating a bit less. I put a few pounds on sitting about so much as I was recovering. Onwards and upwards!
