				<description>&#060;p&#062;Last week I had  an up and a down point. On Wednesday I made my goal of doing 5km in 24 mins on the treadmill. Hooray! Now I am going to keep trying to do it but with a higher incline.&#060;br /&#062;
On Thursday I did a circuit class at my work gym. By Friday I could barely walk without pain as my hip was so sore. I had a bursitis there years ago and hoped that wasn't reoccuring. I know I need to work on core strength and stretching out my too tight hamstrings to take the stress off the hips.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Happily by Sun I was okay again and yesterday (Mon) I did a very leisurely 10km accompanied by 2 of my daughters on their bikes. I planned to do 8km but we got lost (yet again!)  10km still seems to take it out of me - I was quite tired today.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Food wise and weightwise NOT going well. Typical start of winter increase in appetite which I need to get to grips with!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have started running again! A woman down the road and I have been trying to do a little loop around our neighbourhood every night. Tiny distance, and only about 15 minutes of running, but I haven't had to stop and walk except for a crazy rocky hill trail part.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Good week except for one bad day when I went to a reception and drank wine--hard to judge how much when they keep refilling your glass--and high fat little nuggets to eat. &#038;nbsp;I made up for it and begin June 1 at the lowest morning weight I've recorded since October 2012! &#038;nbsp;I lost 3 1/2 pounds in May and kept up the exercises. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I can wear all the &#034;before clothes&#034; although some are still tight in the waist. &#038;nbsp;My belly has gone down, but there is still too much extra there. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'l love to lose another 2-3 pounds this month. &#038;nbsp;The big challenge is an upcoming trip. &#038;nbsp;Travel is where I am weakest and put on the most weight.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi, everyone!&#038;nbsp; I'm doing reasonably well.&#038;nbsp; Did two trainer sessions and a boot camp this week.&#038;nbsp; Had lots going on so didn't get to the gym as often as I'd like, but that's the breaks.&#038;nbsp; Food is okay.&#038;nbsp; My weight is down below my super red light number, which is good.&#038;nbsp; Would like to drop 3 pounds or so but with everything going on I'll take it for now.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Well, the week's food was pretty good, but I overate on the weekend (veggie-light). I also hit the low weight again for a day before going back up. So, some good, some bad. I hope to get back to counting servings and filling up with fruits/veggies this week. On the plus side, walks have been occurring each day regardless of humidity.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Yes, it's crazy that June is here already! &#038;nbsp;I got in my training workouts. &#038;nbsp;Food and wine are better, but not ideal. &#038;nbsp;But hey, it's real life and I'm not looking for perfect.&#060;br /&#062;I did have a good lap swim yesterday where I figured out how to improve my stroke. &#038;nbsp;Hard to self teach. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I do have a problem with my bike's gears I'm going to have to fix. &#038;nbsp;Coincidentally it happened the very day I signed up officially for my triathlon. &#038;nbsp;Figures. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Next week is more of the same. &#038;nbsp;Bike, run, swim, off, brick, swim, gym - repeat. Lol. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;As for my new normal on the scale. &#038;nbsp;I'm 30lb fat instead of the 29 I'd like to be. &#038;nbsp;Oh well. &#038;nbsp; 43lb muscle, which is wonderful.&#060;br /&#062;&#038;nbsp;

&#060;p&#062;My week went pretty well. My foot is feeling a lot better and I was able to get a few good walks/jogs in. I'm also going to go buy a kettle ball later today and start working out with that.&#060;/p&#062;
