				<description>&#060;p&#062;I haven't  posted to this thread  for ages.  With all the  stress of leaving  I have been neglecting exercise  and with comfort eating,  DD's birthday and leaving functions my weight has gone up to nearly a kg over the  top of my range. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have been trying the last week or so to get back into the room exercise  at least for its mood lifting results,  and to eat lightly on the days  I am not out with others.

&#060;p&#062;I only got 1 workout in this week.  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-sad icon-emoticon-sad "></span>  But my super crazy schedule is done! In all honesty, I have no idea how physicians and other medical professionals live their schedules. I have a new respect for y'all.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Since the crazyiness is done, my goal is to do my Wii workout 3 times this week and to do 3 free weight workouts. I (and my BF) are also only going to eat out once. I'm crossing my fingers that this week will be great.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
