&#060;p&#062;Wishing you well, Ms. Maven!!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm still doing my usual routine:&#038;nbsp; Last week I did two trainer sessions, one tap class, and three boot camp classes.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week there's no tap so I am doing two trainer sessions and three boot camps.&#038;nbsp; Trainer Dave is really on a rampage and we are starting a new challenge at the gym for the next month so things are ramping up!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Food is pretty good.&#038;nbsp; My budget is tight so I am eating almost all meals at home, which is good for my diet.&#038;nbsp; Haven't been full-on vegan but have been vegetarian.&#038;nbsp; I'll take it.&#038;nbsp; My weight is steady at the low end of my range, which is nice.&#038;nbsp; Would still like to drop a couple of pounds.

&#060;p&#062;Due to an unfortunate lapse in judgement and a one split second false move&#038;nbsp;at the end of May, I have what my doctor diagnosed as &#034;abdominal strain.&#034; &#038;nbsp;She gave me some exercises, but the first time I tried the simplest one the pain got worse. &#038;nbsp;Now it's weeks later and I'm not getting over this. &#038;nbsp;I can do the pelvic tilt, but can't move on to dead bug.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;In the meantime, due to relative inactivity and a trip away from home, I gained several pounds, which at my stage of life, go right around my middle. &#038;nbsp;Now nearly every pair of pants I owns too tight at the mid-section, and I'm not a sweats type person. &#038;nbsp;Don't own any. &#038;nbsp;Believe me, you don't want to wear tight clothes when you have an abdominal strain.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;So as of Monday I decided to take this problem seriously and stop doing so many things that aggravate the injury. &#038;nbsp;Forget gardening and carrying my own groceries to the car. &#038;nbsp;Pay attention to what I'm eating with a food diary. &#038;nbsp;Haven't even been to the NAS. &#038;nbsp;(Did order some stuff online.)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;By posting here I am holding myself accountable. &#038;nbsp;I'll report in with my progress next week. &#038;nbsp;Thanks to you all.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Going gluten free cured my sister's migraines. &#038;nbsp;Though I think at first she also had to give up sugar and honey. &#038;nbsp;She eventually successfully added back in sweets, but has to stay gluten free (or nearly) forever. &#038;nbsp;She's MUCH healthier without it. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I've worked out 6 days a week for two weeks now, but I missed this morning. &#038;nbsp;I plan to be back in the saddle tonight or tomorrow though - I like the workouts!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I over did it at the gym a bit, so I was pretty stiff and sore this week, only got 3 workouts in instead of the usual 4 (bah, humbug) - but this week I only plan to do two - I have double call, and well, we all know how I feel about that  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>

&#060;p&#062;I hear a lot of patients tell me that they are trying the gluten-free thing; I think my diet as it is is pretty gluten-free anyway, but I just eat whatever :p I hope it helps with your headaches!&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Kristin - I haven't hear that about gluten free and migraines. Mine are completely out of control at the moment so I am keen to hear of anything new. I feel I cannot make concrete plan until I wake up and see how bad things are. The only 2 things that I am aware of that I haven't tried are Acupuncture and botox.&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I know that work out can really help but you have to be reasonable migraine free to do it.&#060;br /&#062;I always plan lots...&#060;br /&#062;This week I am planning to go to the gym 3 times for zumba class.&#060;br /&#062;I am also planning to ride my bike 40 mins each morning with my dd before work.&#060;br /&#062;Oh, and swimming with DD in the backyard pool

&#060;p&#062;This week was pretty good for me. My neurologist told me that some of his patients have found some relief in gluten-free, so I've been trying it since Tuesday. It's been... different, but I hope it gets better.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week I plan on doing 3 Wii workouts and 3 strength training workouts.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
