				<description>&#060;p&#062;Midweek check in to say I'm flailing! &#038;nbsp;Only one run so far. &#038;nbsp;I didn't pack any cold weather running stuff and it's the 30's and 40's. &#038;nbsp;Boo. &#038;nbsp;Staying in in my PJ's all day doesn't do much for the motivation. &#038;nbsp;I can say that my weight is&#038;nbsp;steady just under 120lb. &#038;nbsp;At least there's that. &#038;nbsp;I could stand to cork the wine as well. &#038;nbsp;Seems to be flowing since New Year's. &#038;nbsp;Yikes.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Three walks in the park increasing the number of laps. &#038;nbsp;Still haven't made it to 10,000 steps lately, but it's probably because I have been staying home more and staying indoors. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Overall I'm exercising regularly and adding more to the routine. &#038;nbsp;Eating and drinking season is over, but I haven't quite gotten back to my regular routine of healthier eating. &#038;nbsp;This coming week is the week to do it.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I admit I have trouble with the outdoor workouts in the cold, K. &#038;nbsp;In Tahoe I usually just take the season off from running and instead snowboard and go bowling.&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I went for a short run yesterday, and had been running every other day up until the New Year. &#038;nbsp;First 3 days I hunkered down and did nothing. &#038;nbsp;5 push ups. &#038;nbsp;That's it. &#038;nbsp;Felt good to get out there again yesterday. &#060;br /&#062;I'm continuing with my 14hr overnight fasts and am at goal (119.9 - talk about just squeaking in under the 120 mark!). &#038;nbsp;I actually have a goal range and this is the top of it. &#038;nbsp;So, I'd like to get another pound or two off gradually.&#038;nbsp; Continuing with the running and push ups, sit ups, etc. &#038;nbsp;Need to add in yoga. &#038;nbsp;That's what I need to work on.&#038;nbsp;

&#060;p&#062;I did get a little behind in my workouts this week, but it was because I've been battling some sort of stomach thing. Hopefully it's finally done and I can get back at it. I'm trying to figure out how to get my walking in outside, but it's suppose to be super cold this week. What do you do when it's cold, but you still want to go for a walk or run?&#060;/p&#062;
