				<description>&#060;p&#062;At last I can report some progress--the food diary, exercise and cutting out most (but not all) sugar and wine has helped. &#038;nbsp;I've decided to use my waistline measurement (at navel) as my guide and goal rather than to keep getting hung up on pounds on the scale. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I've been sitting a lot--much time in front of the computer. &#038;nbsp;Once I meet my deadlines I expect to move more and get those ten thousand steps. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Ups and downs. Great weather = outside walks; cold temps = indoors w/o workout (I did do the workout today, though). Food: didn't follow my clean eating plan last week and missed it (positive); also gained weight. I made some more Greek yogurt for my healthy snack option and recommitted to eating what feels good/clean, not former favorites.

&#060;p&#062;I added weights again to my routine and started going to PT for lower back pain that derails my efforts every few months. Decided it was time to stop ignoring my back issues in the hope I will get stronger. Food has been up and down...stress eating, frigid weather, etc... I just want warm and creamy food  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-sad icon-emoticon-sad "></span>  .....will this winter never end??

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Managed 2 runs, one long walk,&#038;nbsp;and 3 bike rides, although one was kinda short. &#038;nbsp;More importantly, I picked up the dumbbells and I got down on that yoga mat for some strength moves. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Food and drink was so so. &#038;nbsp;Went grocery shopping today, though, so we have a few dinner's worth of stuff so we can avoid&#038;nbsp;Taco Bell at 9pm (when BF gets home from work).&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I want to run 3 times, one of them at least 4 miles, and keep up with the strength training, no matter how little. The habit needs to form. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Activities around the pending move, and the fact that the boiler at the Sportsplex broke down (closed swimming pool) resulted in a workout hiatus.  Weight down probably due to stress, no thoughts of eating, and cold weather.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Am re-thinking goals after 'calenderizing ' with DH.  Basically, mapping out a 6 month plan with DH trying to co-ordinate schedules and time together while we transition. DH starts new job beginning of March...need to find new house by August, and sell ours...effect my transfer from small area office to HO for September...aaaaaaggghhh!  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;At least the fridge is full of veg and fruit, and meals have been nutritious.

&#060;p&#062;K, wedding preparation sounds like a very fun form of exercise!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I ended up eating out more than I expected last week but I did get in a trainer session and three boot camp classes, so that's not too bad.&#038;nbsp; And yesterday I did all my errands on foot rather than take the car, for a total of maybe two miles.&#038;nbsp; One of the errands was to pick up the CSA box, and I came home and made a very successful root vegetable soup.&#038;nbsp; I plan to take some to work for breakfast every day this week.&#038;nbsp; And this morning I made cauliflower pancakes (mashed steamed cauliflower, an egg, a little flour, a little cheese, and some cumin and cayenne pepper, all pan-fried in olive oil) for breakfast.&#038;nbsp; They were delish.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week's plan:&#038;nbsp; Four boot camp classes, eat the veggies from the box, walk instead of drive as much as possible.&#060;/p&#062;
