				<description>&#060;p&#062;This week started off strong, a great bodyweight workout followed by a day of walking around a theme park. Then two days of no time to play. This was not intentional, just swamped with work and errands. Now tomorrow is thunderstorms so no frisbee (sigh) but I will do indoor sprints first thing in the morning.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;You gals inspire me always!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Raisin, hope the toe cooperates. I think it was good to give it a break.

I'm trying to heal up this blister, it's almost there, but I decided not to risk it on the small run today.  Tomorrow is my long one, which I think is more important.  Hope it doesn't re-blister!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm keeping up with my workouts.  I've been to Zumba twice this week and I've done two resistance workouts.  The resistance ones were both from Jessica Smith's youtube channel.  I am enjoying her workouts a lot.  I did &#034;Mat Fusion and Floor&#034; last night and I'm sore today!&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Keep on without me for the next few days ladies.....got a major blister on the end of my big toe.  I tried to run through it but it needs a few days to dry up.  So skipping tomorrow, Wed is a rest day and I may try Thurs, but if it looks like it needs more time then I may have to skip Thurs too.  I want to get my long run in Friday though.  If I only had to skip tomorrow that would be ideal.  Once it dries out I will have to try to tape it to keep it from returning.  I ordered new sneakers, 1/2 size bigger too (and I had already upsized).  So I guess my feet must swell a lot on the really long runs.

I am hanging in around the same weight, within a pound.  Work wears me out to where I just want my loungewear, couch, and dinner with some wine.  Will have to get fitness on my days off.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Still doing my gym routine.  My trainer has had schedule challenges because he coaches a high school basketball team but apparently we will be back to normal this week.&#060;/p&#062;

Tuesday:  a.m. boot camp, p.m. tap class&#060;br /&#062;
Wednesday:  Trainer session&#060;br /&#062;
Thursday:  a.m. boot camp&#060;br /&#062;
Friday:  a.m. boot camp&#060;br /&#062;
Saturday:  a.m. boot camp&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Food continues to be challenging but I'm doing the best I can given that Mr. K is not really on board with anything other than exactly what he likes.   <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>   I'm hoping I can get him to take a walk around the block a time or two this week.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Everyone is doing so well, you keep me inspired!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I've been doing once/week body weight/resistance workouts for 3 months now, but I kind of feel like I have plateaued. I decided to up my game and go for 3x/week, mostly because I found a couple great trainers who have classes I really enjoy.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;It helps that the sunlight is coming back here in the N. Hemisphere and I am feeling a little more chipper.
